REAL BOARDS

A great way to test the confidence in your martial arts techniques is by breaking real boards with them.

The SuperStar Karate Real Wood Boards are made of white pine and have a thickness of 1" and come in sets of 3 boards.

These are the same boards students have to break for their Black Belt Test.

They are available in 4 different sizes: 4"x12", 6"x12", 8"x12" and 10"x12".

RE-BREAKABLE BOARDS 

SuperStar Karate's NEW Re-breakable PowerStack Boards are one of the most effective training tools for at home practice.

Available in 3 different color-coded resistance levels they can be used individually and combined in 19 different variations (depending on how many boards you order) to help students stay motivated through goal setting as they will want to keep moving up through the different levels when they are successful.  At the same time it helps them improve their focus, accuracy, follow through and most importantly... confidence.

All students age 14 and above are recommended to get a green board or above.  Of course this also depends on your level of accuracy and power as well as how much mass you have.
